Champagne Dreams - Webinar - Sunday

Champagne Dreams - Webinar - Sunday

If visiting Champagne is on your bucket list, this webinar is for you! The hillsides, houses and cellars of Champagne were inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in July 2015. There is sooooo much to see and do depending on how much time you have, your interests and of course your budget. It can be a bit overwhelming if you are trying to organise your own trip. And there is nothing worse than getting back from a trip and finding out you missed out on something fabulous because you didn’t even know it existed.

rosaceI have been taking guests to Champagne for the last 4 years and have lots of tips and secret places to share with you. Several travel planners use my services for their VIP clients. I have even received awards for my excursions! I love le champagne (the wine), la Champagne (the region), and sharing my knowledge and passion.

This webinar will save you time and money if you want to plan a trip on your own. It is a practical guide, a history and geography primer, and a compilation of my favourite places to eat, sleep and visit.  During the webinar I will cover:

  • Logistics: I will recommend when to go, how much time to spend in each sub-region, places to stay overnight, how to get around if you don’t have a car. I will also provide a couple of ideal itineraries if you are staying for 1 or 2 days.

  • The geography of Champagne: I will provide an overview of the sub-regions, key cities and towns to visit, routes you could hike, cycle, drive or even cruise on a vintage boat.

  • The history of Champagne: I will review key dates and key monuments and museums to visit and why.

  • Champagne HouseThe production of champagne: I will explain how the champagne industry is organised, and I will share my favourite champagne houses, co-ops, and growers to visit in each sub-region.

  • Foodies: I will of course include a few of my favourite restaurants and bars

  • Off-the-beaten path: I will reveal a few exceptional experiences you can book if you really want to treat yourself to something special!

This webinar will help you make your champagne dreams come true! And it will certainly give you something to look forward to! Just to be transparent, I do not receive commissions from any of the places I will recommend. I am just sharing the love!

If you feel like sipping a glass of champagne during the webinar and need help finding a bottle made by a woman, check out the names on this list of female professionals in the champagne industry.
