Cheese and Champagne Workshop
Are you a cheese lover? Or a champagne lover? Or both? If so, this event is for you!
When you get invited to a French person's place for dinner, you will likely be served red wine when the cheese platter is brought out. When you treat yourself to a French Michelin starred restaurant however, the sommelier will usually suggest a white wine. That is because white wine pairs much better with most cheeses than red wine! Champagne pairs incredibly well with so many cheeses, especially the ones with a high percentage of fat.
Come meet some like-minded women and have fun pairing 4 different champagnes with a selection of fabulous cheeses.
