Are you a champagne-lover, or a chocolate-lover, or both?  Join a small group of like-minded women for 3 hours of fun pairing champagne and chocolate! 

Lisa, a certified pastry chef and chocolate expert, will teach you about the aromas and flavours in chocolate. You will learn to truly taste and decipher the subtleties of taste and texture found in chocolates of different origins and strengths. She will also guide you through the process of how chocolate is actually produced, sharing her stories and experiences in the chocolate plantations of Venezuela and Mexico and bean to bar chocolate production. You will be transported across the globe as you train your taste buds to hone in on your personal preferences, and be able to choose the right chocolate for your palette, and your champagne!

Cynthia, a certified wine expert, will teach you about the aromas and flavours in Champagne, and how to best pair them with chocolate. You will taste a selection of 3 champagnes and learn the secrets of making champagne, how to predict what they will taste like, and how to create a good balance between the sweetness of the chocolate and the champagne.

Each participant leaves with a big smile on their face, new friends, a belly full of chocolate and bubbly, the knowledge they need to indulge in the ultimate pairing. Savory snacks will also be provided.
