18:30-19:30: Dynamic yoga and/or Nuxe spa treatment
20:30: Gastronomic dinner at Château de Courban, Michelin * Chef Takashi Kinoshita
Saturday 20 October
08:00: Breakfast
09:30-11:30: Dynamic yoga and/or Nuxe spa treatment
12:00-16:00: Drive to Arrentières, Gastronomic lunch at Champagne Albert Beerens, Michelin * Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali + cellar visit at Champagne Albert Beerens
16:00-18:00: free time
18:00: choice between gentle yoga session or Nuxe spa treatment at Château de Courban
20:00: Dinner at Château de Courban
Sunday 21 October
08:00: Breakfast
09:30-11:30: Dynamic yoga and/or Nuxe spa treatment
12:00: checkout of hotel
13:00: lunch in a small village on the way back to Paris
14:30-17:30: Drive back to Paris via a more scenic route
