Rosé champagne has become very trendy, but did you know there are two very different methods for making it? The method used affects the aromas and flavours, but also the price tag of your bottle. And did you know that in the 19th century a woman, Veuve Clicquot, invented the method most commonly used today? Join us and you will see and taste the difference between a rosé de saignée and a rosé d’assemblage champagne. Both champagnes are produced by a fabulous female winemaker, Sandrine Olivier from Veuve Olivier et Fils.
