All around the world, people will be celebrating champagne on 22 October. I believe champagne tastes even better when it is shared. Join me for an evening celebrating champagne and the role of women in the history of champagne. I will serve champagnes produced by women, and I will talk you about how Veuve Clicquot, Mme Pommery, Mme Roederer, Mme Bollinger, and many other women changed the way champagne was produced and sold.
October 22 is International Champagne Day. This year marks the 12th anniversary of an event created to celebrate the "Wine of Kings and the King of Wines". All around the world, people will be celebrating champagne. Everyone is invited to post a photo of themselves on social media holding a glass of champagne and using the hashtag #ChampagneDay. The mission is to send a message of joy to the world!

A buffet of charcuteries and cheeses will be served and paired with the champagnes.
