If you are an art-lover and a champagne-lover, then don't miss this opportunity to meet Caroline Brun, an artist who paints champagne, and Sandrine Carpentier-Olivier, a woman who makes champagne.

 

Together, the 3 of us will host a special workshop delving into the different styles of blanc de blancs champagnes.

 

Caroline will bring a selection of her paintings of blanc de blancs champagnes and explain how and why she paints.

 

We will taste 3 of Sandrine's blanc de blancs champagnes and talk about their differences, from grape to glass. Not sure which ones yet, but we will taste 2 other champagnes from female producers to pair with some of Caroline's other paintings. I will choose them at the last minute depending on which paintings Caroline brings.

 

We will also explore different food pairings. You will learn tons and have fun!
